Season 1 Trade Rules

1. No rookies taken in the 2016 draft rounds 1-3 may be traded yet.
2. any starting QB over 35 can be traded. Any QB under 80 OVR can be traded.
3. Teams may trade 4 players of 75 and over.
4. Unlimited trades of players 75 and under.
5. Players 90 or above traded will only be allowed if they are not franchise ruining deals, must bring big return back. Im not letting the stars flip teams willy nilly season 1.
